One of the first things I did was head to a yoga class. Keep your focus away from your thoughts and bring your attention to your breath. Yoga is a powerful relaxing tool that helps your mind to be cool. Breath fresh air with yoga fragrance, it will bring your mind and body in a stable state.

Each time you smile on others you throw a little feel-good party in your brain. The act of smiling activates neural messaging that benefits your health and happiness.

Women smile more than Men

Here is something interesting for you. Overall research said women smile a lot more than men. This comes not just from the fact that they might be happier, but also, that socially, it is more acceptable for women to smile

Surround yourself with positive people


Every move we make friendships with different people. On subtle level, when we share space with another person, we often pick Respect-Her-Friends-and-Be-Politeup on their energy, feeling and how they feel and attuning to them, whether we mean to or not. This is what we mean when we say a mood or a feeling is contagious. So be in mind with positive people. So that their positive energy will reflect to yours.

When you’re stuck with a problem in a negative spiral, talk to positive people who can put things into perspective and won’t feed your negative thinking.

Change the tone

When we take an example, instead of thinking, “We are going to have a hard time adjusting to our living situation,” think, “We will face some challenges in our living situation, but we will come up with solutions that we will both be happy with.” So Change the tone of your thoughts from negative to positive

You create your life—take responsibility

The way you think and act, you would think I was stuck. Even if our living situation becomes unbearable sometimes, there is always a way to get out and solve the puzzles. So always have the choice to make change happen, if need be.

It’s easy for other persons to dwell on your mistakes. So before other pointing, try to calculate yourself; monitor your own moves step by step. The possible way you can do now is learn from your mistakes and move forward.

Being grateful helps appreciate what you already have. Priority will give nice brain refreshment and you could feel happy if you complete one by one, list top 5 things so that you are grateful for right now.

People like to place Post-It notes with positive quotes on my computer, fridge door, and mirror as reminders to stay positive. It’s also a perfect way to be positive:
