What we think, determines what we are. Positive thinking leads to positive achievement. Positive thinking is a mixture of Thoughts, Believe, Action and Feelings. Positive thinking can be defined as thinking superior thoughts or being optimistic. It is the act of thinking good or positive thoughts. A positive mind looks forward for happiness, health and a successful outcome of every circumstances and action.

Positive thinking isn’t about expecting the best to occur every time but, expecting that no matter what happens is the best for this moment. The positive thinkers sees the undetectable, sense the indescribable, and achieves the impossible.

A positive approach may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy adequate people to formulate it value the effort.
Positive thinking convey internal calm, victory, superior relationships, better strength, happiness and satisfaction. It avoids or destroys the negative thoughts. Positive thinking gives positive assertions, lifestyle and think about optimistic outcome. It helps the person to see opportunities in every challenges.

Step 1: Control your attitude
Attitude does not come out from what happens to you, but instead from how you decide to understand what happens to you.

Step 2: Never compare yourself with others
Comparison is one of the failure to be positive. It makes ourselves feel bad. Just think of all the good qualities you have too.

Step 3: Set self goal
Goals are the charts that direct and show you what is possible for your life. A goal without a plan is only a wish.


Step 4: Give chance for everything
Don’t neglect and reject anything before knowing what it is. Keep a trial of everything that you cross over everyday.

Appearance can distress you too if you feel ugly. Stay ordinary. Change your hair styles, clothing, and if you wear it, make up, but that’s it. This can help you feel grand.

Step 6: Communication
Communication is an important aspect in our life. A person is judged based on his/her communication skills. So be careful in communicating with others, use only positive speeches.

Step 7: Encircle yourself with optimistic people
Surroundings teach more in our life. It is quite tough, but try to surround yourself with people who prop up you, speak the truth and think optimistically. Try to avoid people who condemn frequently. Also avoid people who are jealous of you and impede your steps forward.

Step 8: Avoid angry or negative media
Hanging on to negative passions like anger or antipathy will conduit your energy and hold back you from moving forward to create optimistic change in your life. The best way to walk off of these emotions is to fully recognize the feelings allied with the initial negative experience. Respect those feelings and let them go as they no longer serve you, and reinstate them with something positive.

Step 9: Make yourself happy always
Always keep in mind to keep that beautiful smile on your face. Smiling is truly proven to keep you better off when you are down and gloomy on a dreadful day. If you are gloomy, smile! If you are joyful, smile! It makes you a happier person and gives other people a better impression of you. It is worse to stop thinking about a smile than your reward or wallet.

Step 10: Stop believing in what you think is true and start believing in what you really want
Discover and let go of warning beliefs that no longer support or honour you. Instead widen empowering attitude that are associated with your goals, values and your heart’s longing.
Step 11: Don’t Expect Anything in Return
Expectation leads to great depression in our life. Don’t expect anything from anyone. Instead Help all without any cause. Make your life happy.

Step 12: Reduce your Ego
Ego is an accumulated incident, a consequence of living with others. So avoid your Ego’s.
